From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was exceptional! The staff, food, amenities, and facilities were amazing. The location and the room we stayed in were also quite exceptional. I recently stayed at Gravity Hotel with my wife and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A special shoutout to Ahmed Nageh at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to all my needs. He offered great recommendations for local attractions and even helped with a small issue I had with my room, resolving it quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Ahmed truly made my visit memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

While my overall experience at Gravity Hotel was wonderful, there was one minor issue that affected my stay. The hotel uses solar power for water heating, which means that hot water availability can sometimes be inconsistent, especially during cloudy days. On one occasion, I found the water to be lukewarm, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff was quick to address my concerns, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure my comfort. It’s a small drawback, but definitely something worth noting for anyone planning to visit.

Very Good

Mostly we liked personel. Housekeeping made a fabulous job every single day in our room. Huge bonus was the towel art that the housekeeper made for our child, it made him so happy ️ Also personel at the restaurants. They noticed children in a wonderful way every single day. And big thank you to Angie (guest relation manager) who made our vacation at Gravity easy as possible and made sure that we had all we needed.

Only 1 pool was heated and the pool area was extremely (too) crowded. Childrens waterpark was not heated. Check- in did not make us feel welcomed. First 5min I tought we came to a wrong hotel because the communication from the reseptionist was rude. But then came Angie, and things changed for the better.

Very relaxed

The staff are so helpful starting from reception to the swimming pools to the Restaurants. The beach is clean and everyone is very kind and helpful . I can not mention enough about how good the staff are here . Mohammad akawy in reception is amazing and again I can not mention all the staff names as there too many , they make your visit so relaxing . The spa is good and staff are so helpful.

nice family friendly hotel with aquapark to enrich your stay

The visual appearance of the resort is fabulous, looks oriental, yet quite modern and appealing and attractive. The coral reef in close vicinity is a bonus, my family and I absolutely adored the snorkeling off the pier cuz the "rave-party" fish are a must see, so beautiful! We also enjoyed the aquapark, really nice choice of tobogan (slides) with nicely siliconized segments (in contrast to usual problems with notches which can hurt you and scratch you). The vinicity of the sea (shoreline) and the long walk on the promenade is a big plus! The staff also organized a little birthday celebration in the main restaurant at the breakfast time for my son which was also very nice. The dinners at the a la carte restaurants (for which you get two vouchers if you stay for a week) were absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the best levels of cleanliness is definitely the pools, they are maintained every day in the morning and they look pristine.

Although the rooms look nice you can clearly see that the finishing touch of the rohbau work is a bit off, or at least not to the european standards. Also the main restaurant serves pretty much the same food all throughout the week and it is not all that tasty actually, at least not what I expected for a five star hotel. They also tend to recycle the food. The choice of meats served is pretty poor and the portions of meat served by the cooks are really small. The other thing I did not like is that the beautiful beach in front of the resort is actually quite unfriendly for swimmers. There is no way you can just walk off the shore into the sea cuz of the rocks and the corals which are really sharp and the sea is just too shallow to swim in it, unless you take a long walk along the pier and then swim off the pier. However even from the pier you are under constant surveillance of the baywatch guards who are blowing their whistles all the time and getting on everyone's nerves because they won't to let you just swim wherever. All in all, I was pleased with the hotel, although one must be aware of the fact that egyptian 5 stars is a far way for european or at least croatian 5 stars.

Excellent place for families!

The resort is very well maintained. It has great facilities. The food buffet is quite elaborate, with many things to choose from.

The shower door was not closing properly, leading to water seeping out, making the bathroom floor wet. The bathroom door was very tight and made noise while closing/opening.

Great staff, good food, nice beach, clean good swimming pools and a lot of lifeguards. A lot happening for the kids, good outdoor playground.

WiFi terrible. They posted a review in my name so don’t give them the PIN number that you get when booking. You can’t swim in the ocean near the beach, it’s too shallow but you can swim if you walk the pier.

Beautiful hotel & location with the best staff

Everything! From checking in, Ahmed in reception made the whole experience very pleasurable. Rooms are beautifully decorated, hotel itself is stunning, the building, 5 a la carte and buffet restaurant. Snack bars, plenty of bars and small aqua Park. Views from every corner of the hotel are simply beautiful and we can't wait to return again. All staff were very friendly and helpful to do anything for you!
