Everything is perfect. The staff are very friendly, especially the reception team. They are ready throughout the day to listen and meet any request at a perfect time. We will not feel that we are visiting this hotel for the first time and it will not be the last time.

Beautiful hotel & location with the best staff

Everything! From checking in, Ahmed in reception made the whole experience very pleasurable. Rooms are beautifully decorated, hotel itself is stunning, the building, 5 a la carte and buffet restaurant. Snack bars, plenty of bars and small aqua Park. Views from every corner of the hotel are simply beautiful and we can't wait to return again. All staff were very friendly and helpful to do anything for you!

The staff are so helpful starting from reception to the swimming pools to the Restaurants. The beach is clean and everyone is very kind and helpful . I can not mention enough about how good the staff are here . Mohammad akawy in reception is amazing and again I can not mention all the staff names as there too many , they make your visit so relaxing . The spa is good and staff are so helpful.

nice family friendly hotel with aquapark to enrich your stay

The visual appearance of the resort is fabulous, looks oriental, yet quite modern and appealing and attractive. The coral reef in close vicinity is a bonus, my family and I absolutely adored the snorkeling off the pier cuz the "rave-party" fish are a must see, so beautiful! We also enjoyed the aquapark, really nice choice of tobogan (slides) with nicely siliconized segments (in contrast to usual problems with notches which can hurt you and scratch you). The vinicity of the sea (shoreline) and the long walk on the promenade is a big plus! The staff also organized a little birthday celebration in the main restaurant at the breakfast time for my son which was also very nice. The dinners at the a la carte restaurants (for which you get two vouchers if you stay for a week) were absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the best levels of cleanliness is definitely the pools, they are maintained every day in the morning and they look pristine.

Although the rooms look nice you can clearly see that the finishing touch of the rohbau work is a bit off, or at least not to the european standards. Also the main restaurant serves pretty much the same food all throughout the week and it is not all that tasty actually, at least not what I expected for a five star hotel. They also tend to recycle the food. The choice of meats served is pretty poor and the portions of meat served by the cooks are really small. The other thing I did not like is that the beautiful beach in front of the resort is actually quite unfriendly for swimmers. There is no way you can just walk off the shore into the sea cuz of the rocks and the corals which are really sharp and the sea is just too shallow to swim in it, unless you take a long walk along the pier and then swim off the pier. However even from the pier you are under constant surveillance of the baywatch guards who are blowing their whistles all the time and getting on everyone's nerves because they won't to let you just swim wherever. All in all, I was pleased with the hotel, although one must be aware of the fact that egyptian 5 stars is a far way for european or at least croatian 5 stars.

The only negative thing was the rate I got from booking versus the rate other friends got from different suppliers or tourism company I realised I paid almost 30% above for same deal

Kinda everything is good, we had a really nice 6th floor room with sea view. The animation team is relly nice, and in general the staff is also really nice. The doctor at the clinic was really nice. We had some minor allergic issues in the third day and asked us about our well being the entire stay.

The food could be a lot better. In quality and in choosing options also. As for side dishes there were plenty of options, but only 1 or maybe 2 options for meat. The alcohols which are included in the price tasted like benzin. whisky vodka and even wine had the same taste, just different colours. (The alcohol we purchased at the hotel was good tho.) You can only visit the “extra” a la carte restaurants 2 times a week, and at the momment only 2 of them were working - the mexican and the italian one. These were really nice tho. One strange thing was that every guest were from ukraine/russia and every staff member were speaking to us in one of those languages before we asked them to speak in english, and it had to happen several times before they aknowledged that we are from a different country haha

Beach bar staff and all the waiters are amazing.

Music during beach/ pool hours should be a must. Wifi only in the room and reception is pretty disappointing. Be aware with the amination guy cuz he s taking advantage of your money .
